What if I change my mind about some of the items I selected for purchase? Before you check out and complete your order, you will have an opportunity to change the quantity of specific items you ordered, completely remove an item from your shopping cart, add additional items to your purchase, or cancel the whole order. Your order is not completed until you are satisfied with the items and the quantity that you desire.

Is my credit card information secure? Yes we have partnered with Authorize.net and Mastercard and VISA , the most respected payment processors on the Internet to process your payment. Your credit card information is taken and restricted to their secure server technology.

Is my personal information secure? Absolutely. We respect your privacy completely. Your personal information will never be given to any third party without your permission.

Do I have to pay tax? We only collect tax for those purchase made in California. You will see the amount on the total amount owed screen.

How long does it take for my purchases to be delivered? We normally ship your order on the same business day it is received or the following business day. We use either first class mail or ground UPS shipping. You should expect your purchase to arrive in 5-10 business days. How much are your shipping costs? It depends on the size of your order. Most purchases cost between $4-$10 to ship. Your specific cost will be calculated and shown to you when you check-out/complete your purchase.

What if items arrive damaged? Please call us immediately at 925-366-6638. We will get another order out to you immediately and request that you return the damaged goods to us at our discretion. We may also ask you to help us with determining and resolving the problem with either the USPS or UPS.

What if some items are out of stock? We will use our best judgment in shipping. Sometimes we may ship items separately from a single order. If that is the case, you will not be charged for the extra shipping. In any case, if an item is out of stock, we will notify you by Email if we have a valid address for you.

What if I refuse to accept delivery of your package? It will be returned to us and we will credit your credit card, less a restocking fee.
