Jig fishing for steelhead and salmon has become a favorite. Introduced first in the Midwest during the 1970's, the jig has been improved throughout the years with different materials, sizes, shapes, and colors. We offer the next design refinement with the introduction of the Fish Sponge design.

Our jig features our base sponge material dyed with our proprietary color technology, a #2 Gamakatsu hook, and marabou and rabbit dressing. The Sponge Jig comes in multiple color variations for different fishing conditions.

We currently offer three color variations:

1. (PP) Pink body and head, and pink feathers, view here
2. (OO) Orange body and head and Orange feathers, view here
3. (CG) Chartreuse body and head and green feathers, view here

The Sponge Jig comes in two weights: 1/8, and 1/4 ounce. We plan to introduce 1/16 and 1/32 oz sizes in the near future.

The Sponge jig is an awesome fish catcher. It can be used with or without your special scent. It is particularly effective in relatively clear water conditions and in those snaggy rock garden areas. Fished under your favorite float the Sponge Jig offers a very natural presentation and is a deadly fish catcher.
