General Ordering Information
You can expect to receive in-stock items within 5-10 business days. In most cases orders are shipped the same day we receive them. Occasionally items in a single order may be shipped separately. In this event there is no charge for additional shipping.
We will notify you if any items are out of stock. All items are shipped first class mail or UPS unless otherwise specified.For specific information about ordering online, click here.

1. How to Order Online
To start the process, click on the "Products" navigation link or click here and you will be able to view pictures of each of our products and then select quantity desired, and color Then you click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.

At any time you can delete a specific product previously ordered, or change its color, (if appropriate).

When you are done ordering, press the View Shopping Cart and you will be shown the contents of your Shopping Cart, which includes a list of the products, quantity, and colors that you ordered. You then also have a chance to change or delete any item. Or if you like, you can also go back shopping again.

When you click on "continue to check out", you will be directed to a page where you enter your name, contact and shipping information. At this point you can become a member with a simple one-click button, which while optional, it offers you many exciting discounts and fishing information, and best of all, it's free.

Once you have verified the accuracy of your purchase an entered your contact/shipping information, you will then be directed to another page where you choose the type of shipping that you want.

After completing that step, you will be shown a total amount owing and then be directed to the payment page. You can pay for your purchase with Master Card, or VISA. For convenience and your security we use authorize.net payment system. You will be transferred to their secure server to enter credit card information.

2. Order by Phone or Fax
We are pleased to accept your order via phone or fax.

  Our office hours are 9:00AM-5:00PM during regular week days. A friendly service representative will be pleased to take your order. We ask for payment at time of order so please have a credit card ready. Sometimes all of our lines may be busy and you may get our answering machine. Leave your name, phone number, and a convenient time to call, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

  To order by fax, print a copy of the manual order form, fill out your ordering information and payment details. It is very important for you to provide us with a contact phone number so that if we find a mistake or missing information, we can call you. We will not process an order with mistakes in it. Please note that if you lie in California, we must collect sales tax. Fax your order to us any time day or night.

You can complete an order form and mail it to us. You can pay with your credit card or we are pleased to take your personal check. Be sure to complete your contact information completely as we may need to contact you if there is a mistake or missing information on your order. We will not process an order that has mistakes or missing information. Please note that we may choose to wait until your check has cleared the bank before shipping your order.
