Please send a copy of your proof of purchase with your unused Fish Sponge product. If you don't have a receipt, we will use either our current/recent price, or our best estimate of prices in effect at the time of your purchase, to reimburse you. We will return your full purchase price and tax if applicable however we cannot reimburse your mailing costs. With a guarantee this good, you've got absolutely nothing to lose!
